Mental Training Program
With your Mental Training membership you will gain access to Science-based Sports Psychology recordings that lead you through routines to help ready your mind for the mental side of your game.
The Process
Pre-Practice
Prepare the mind. Athletes typically have a hard time with failure due to their competitive nature. Pre-practice routines train the competitive mind to be driven in a constructive, rather than destructive way.
Pre-Game
Focus the mind. Different things can hinder performance and many opportunities are lost in games due to not being mentally prepared to compete. Pre-game mental routines give athletes the ability to manage their emotions more effectively in game situations.
Quick Flip
Free the mind. Situational tensions and emotions can flare quickly. Quick-Flip routines give athletes the tool to quickly regain control of their mind.
Sleep
Relax the mind. Nerves and previous failures can weigh heavy on the mind. Sleep routines train the subconscious mind to focus on their strong confident selves during rest.
Concepts
Teach the mind. Our perception of stressful situations can influence confidence, awareness and focus. Concepts teach the athlete how their mind works and how specific neuropathways help or hinder performance.
